For Southland lacrosse fans, UCLA will be the place to be this weekend as the Bruins host the 2013 Pac-12 Shootout for the third consecutive year.
Eleven teams will be on display across the two-day Shootout, with teams hailing from across the western United States. If you’re a high school player thinking about playing at the next level, or just a fan happy to watch some high-quality lacrosse, the Pac-12 Shootout will be a great place to see some of the best teams in the West play in one place.
The Southwestern Lacrosse Conference, Western Collegiate Lacrosse League, Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Conference, and Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League all will be represented, with every Pac-12 school participating except Colorado.
Games begin at 9:30 a.m. both days, with the last game each day starting at 2:30 p.m. Look out for more Pac-12 Shootout coverage on Southland and MCLA Fan over the next week and be sure to send photos and updates to @SouthlandLax on Twitter.
