US Lacrosse has announced the dates and locations for the 2013 CIF Southern Section high school lacrosse playoffs. The playoffs begin the week of April 29 and culminate with the Southern Section final game between the North (Los Angeles) and South (Orange County) regional champions on May 11 at West High School in Torrance.
In the South, both boys and girls will play their semifinal games Saturday, May 4, at Aliso Niguel High School and championship games Wednesday, May 8, at Mission Viejo High School. Selection and seeding meetings are scheduled for April 27-28. For both boys and girls, sixteen Orange County teams will be selected to the South playoffs, while eight Los Angeles teams will be selected to the North playoffs.
